The item is in overall good condition. It includes the controller and box. The joystick is very firm, however there is a light scratch on the front of the controller, light signs of wear to the edges and corners of the box and the cardboard insert is not included. There are no other signs of wear to the item.

The Nintendo 64 controller (NUS-005) is the standard game controller included with the Nintendo 64. Released by Nintendo in late 1996 in Japan and North America, and 1997 in Europe, it features ten buttons, one digital "Control Stick" and a directional pad, all laid out in a "M" shape.
