The item is in overall very good condition. It includes the power armor helmet, game disc, manual, steelbook, map, figurines, slip case and cardboard box. There are signs of wear to the slip case, including small tear on the top and bottom. Additionally, there are light scuffs to the top of the cardboard box. There are no other signs of wear to the item.
